Leiden, Netherlands

this one that i like most.. enjoy it..

Leiden is an old university city, so all those academic minds were concentrated on creating history and culture and sharing it with everyone who drops by. There are several interesting places that you can visit.the first one is the Museum Boerhaave. It is a medical museum housed in an old hospital, and you can find a few gory things like a skeleton collection, preserved limbs, artificial hips and a seventeenth century bleeding bowl.

Second is the National Museum of Antiquities, with its 6000 objects from ancient Egypt, Greece and Rome and from the earliest evidence of life in the Netherlands.

Third is the De Valk Municipal Windmill Museum where you can learn what life in a working windmill used to be like. And the last one if you're really a glutton for information and education, the Regional Archives Museum is the one for you: six kilometers of documents are stored there, some over 700 years old. The archives are mostly in Dutch, of course, but after a couple of days in Leiden museums you should be fluent anyway.

Stonehenge, U.K.

This is very weird place that i found.. Some people called it mystical place..

No one really knows what was the initial meaning of this huge 25-ton sandstone blocks was, though there are many theories. However, its mystery, combined with an amazing view created by the setting sun, causes a magnificent glow through the arches, and makes it a place definitely worth seeing before you keel over.

very weird right??where those sandstone come from??
so many question in my mind..do you??
but the place was very amazing and beautiful..love it!!!

Great Wall of China, China

this is the well-known interesting places in the world.. From what i know about this Great Wall there have a love story based on this monument..huhu

The largest monument that was ever built by humanity is the Great Wall of China, which is thousands of miles long and passes through 156 counties, and has about 7,000 lookout towers. Even though the initial scope of this structure, built 2,000 of years ago, was to keep away the enemy tribes, today it is a very popular tourist destination.

very long walls...huihh :'(

The Biggest Tent In The World, Kazakhstan

can you imagine how big the tents???

what can i conclude here the tents was 150m-high (500ft) has a 200m elliptical base covering 140,000 square meters...

This is Khan Shatyr Entertainment Center located in Astana. It is the biggest giant futuristic like transparent tent on our planet Underneath the tent, an area larger than 10 football stadiums, will be an urban-scale internal park, shopping and entertainment venue with squares and cobbled streets, a boating river, shopping centre, minigolf and indoor beach resort. The roof is constructed from ETFE suspended on a network of cables strung from a central spire. The transparent material allows sunlight through which, in conjunction with air heating and cooling systems is designed to maintain an internal temperature between 15-30°C in the main space and 19-24°C in the retail units, while outside the temperature varies between -35 to +35°C across the year.

Atocha Train Station and Its Unique Greenhouse, Madrid

The most beautifil train station...

Madrid Atocha is the largest railway station in Madrid. It is the primary station serving commuter trains , intercity and regional trains from the south, and the AVE high speed trains from Barcelona and Seville (Andalusia). The station is in the Atocha neighbourhood of the district of Arganzuela.

The Atocha station is really a railway complex, formed by the Madrid Atocha Cercanías and Madrid Puerta de Atocha stations of the Spanish national railways and the Atocha Renfe station of the Madrid underground.
